Seven Artists for AGEOP (Association for the assistance and the reception of children affected by cancer and leukemia)

The project involved seven artists who were invited in 2004 by the curator and art historian Roberto Daolio (1948–2013) to create a series of artworks to be installed on the top floor of the new Department of Pediatric Oncology at Sant’Orsola Hospital in Bologna, in collaboration with AGEOP (Association for the Assistance and Reception of Children Affected by Cancer and Leukemia).

The invited artists were Silvia Cini, Emilio Fantin, Claudia Losi, Eva Marisaldi, Sabrina Mezzaqui, Sabrina Torelli and Marco Vaglieri.

The project was never completed. However, it was presented in the exhibition SPA SALUS per ARTE, held at the Open Space for Arts of the GAM in Bologna from June 16 to September 5, 2004, and was also published in a catalogue.
